- Printers: Unopened, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ink & Toner Cartridges: Sealed and unopened in original packaging
- Paper & Media: Unused packages in resalable condition
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects (opened or unopened)
- Wrong Item Received: If we shipped the wrong product to you
Items We Cannot Accept:
- Opened or used ink/toner cartridges (unless defective)
- Items past the 30-day return window
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Provide Order Information
Have the following information ready:
- Order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for return (wrong item, defective, changed mind, etc.)
- Product name and SKU
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Package Your Return
Carefully pack the item(s) for return:
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Ship Your Return
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number for your records.
Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Need a different product instead? We're happy to help you exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value.
Same Process: Follow the same return process above, but indicate that you'd like an exchange when contacting us.
Price Difference: If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Faster Processing: We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your returned product and verify its condition.
Free Exchange Shipping: If the exchange is due to our error, we'll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

Can I return an opened ink or toner cartridge?
Opened ink and toner cartridges cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. If you believe you received a defective cartridge, contact our customer service team with photos and details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Can I return a printer that I've opened?
Opened printers can only be returned if they are defective or if we shipped the wrong item. All printers must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
How long do I have to report damaged items?
You must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately and provide photos if the item was damaged during shipping.
What if my return is denied?
If your return doesn't meet our eligibility criteria, we'll notify you and offer to ship the item back to you. You can either pay for return shipping or authorize us to dispose of the item.
