What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Ink & Toner Cartridges: Must be sealed and unopened
  • Paper & Supplies: Unopened packages in resalable condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • Original packaging with no damage or excessive wear

✓ Defective or Damaged Items

  • Manufacturing defects (opened or unopened)
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Products not working as described
  • Wrong item shipped by error
  • Missing components or accessories

Note: Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  • Return Shipping Instructions - Where and how to send your item
